✅ Return Eligibility
You can request a return under the following conditions:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
You received the wrong item
The product is unused and in its original packaging
Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Note: Products like seeds, manure, or fish/bird food cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Provide your Order ID, product images (if damaged), and reason for return.
Our support team will review and guide you through the return process.
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You’ll be asked to share your account details securely.

Opened or used food products (bird/fish food, manure, etc.)
Customized or made-to-order products
Items without original packaging
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.
❗ Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you may return the item after delivery if eligible.
